They arrived at the scheduled time, contacted me for any additional instructions and began work. There were 5 men working; apparently all with specific duties. No loud talking, just lots of working, sometimes in unison and sometimes alone.   Two weeks later, five professionals lead by Mike pull up in three trucks, friendly, but ready to work. The next 58 minutes was a blur as they cut, sawed, chipped and trimmed my tree to health.
